SOUVENIRS ET MEDITATION SUR LA NOURRITURE, including a famous, long litany of family injunctions: "Eat your soup / Stand up straight / Eat slowly / Don't eat so fast / Drink while you eat / Cut your meat into small pieces / All you do is twist and swallow / Don't play with your knife / That's not how you hold your fork / You don't sing at the table / Empty your plate / Don't swing in your chair... [etc.]". [He also evokes, among others, the composer ÉRIK SATIE, who was still alive at the time. Open letter to Bertrand Guégan, who published it in December 1919 in his ALMANACH DE COCAGNE for 1920.
