NEVERS Earthenware round-rimmed salad bowl with polychrome decoration in the center in a medallion of a village and a flying insect, inscribed "JAPARTIENS . AU . NOBLE . DESSAINT . CHEVALIER .DES.PORTES demon pays a nevers le 22 aoust 1781". The border decorated with bouquets of flowers and acanthus scrolls. Second half of the 18th century, circa 1781. D. 35.5 cm Chips.
