CHINA Pair of rectangular porcelain plates with polychrome decoration in famille rose enamels of flowering vases and jardinières, scholar's objects, a wooden table and a bird on a perch in a frame surrounded by peonies and prunus, floral border with turquoise blue background on the edge. 18th century, Qianlong period (1735-1796), circa 1770. 25 x 36 cm. Wooden frame. This lot is temporarily imported. The buyer must pay import duties of 5.5% (6.6% incl. VAT) of the hammer price, in addition to the usual fees. These additional costs may be refunded to the buyer on presentation of customs documents for export outside the European Union.
