CHINA Porcelain covered oval sugar bowl with two scroll-shaped side handles, decorated with blue, red and gold Imari flowers and foliage. Kangxi period (1661-1722), early 18th century. Length: 15.5 cm Provenance: B.F. Edwards Collection, St. Louis, Missouri, no. 2673. This lot is subject to temporary importation. The buyer must pay import duties of 5.5% (6.6% incl. VAT) of the hammer price, in addition to the usual fees. These additional costs may be refunded to the buyer on presentation of customs documents for export outside the European Union.
