Rectangular-shaped singing bird box in silver, guilloché and engraved with flowers and foliage, partially enameled in blue and green. The oval-shaped lid releases the bird, enamelled in polychrome with a lake scene. The multicolored bird swivels, moving its beak and feathers (Red-tailed Jacamar (Galbula ruficauda*), Crowned Wood-Pigeon (Thalurania colombica**), Topaz Hummingbird (Topaza pella***), and Ruby-topaz Hummingbird (Chrysolampis mosquitus***)) to the music. Composition beak. Winding key in its reserve on the back. Swiss work of the 19th century. (Minor damage to enamel and beak, not guaranteed to work, need servicing).
