PARIS (Manufacture de la Reine rue Thiroux) Porcelain covered milk jug with handles and sunken saucer, decorated with polychrome garlands of flowers and leaves on a gold stippled background. The lid's flower-shaped grip, a later metal handle attached to the pot's handles. Marked : A couronnée en pourpre pour la manufacture de la Reine. Late 18th century. D. 15.5 cm - H. 14 cm Restoration on the saucer, slight wear to the gilding.
