Earthenware plate with contoured rim, polychrome patriotic trophy decoration, centerpiece of a Phrygian cap topped with a pike crossed with a lictor beam and a fleurdelysed scepter. A phylactery reads "Constitution".
The combination of the royal scepter and revolutionary emblems indicates the King's acceptance of the Constitution.
