Earthenware rimmed plate with patriotic polychrome decoration in the center of a sheaf of wheat tied with a ribbon and planted with a crosier and sword. All around, the inscription ''W l'utilité" and "1792".
The W in Nevers stands for "Vive". Variations of the model exist without the stock and sword.
Late 18th century, revolutionary period.
D. 22.5 cm.
