Earthenware plate with contoured rim, with patriotic polychrome decoration in the center of an altar supporting the Liberation bonnet, crossed at the bottom with a cross and a sword. Flowers on the wing.
The raised position of the bonnet on the altar symbolizes the end of the reunion of the three orders, replacing the spade of the Tiers-État, while the cross and sword tend to disappear.
Late 18th century, revolutionary period.
