Earthenware plate with contoured rim, polychrome patriotic decoration in the center of an cherub with a tricolor scarf around his body, holding a panonceau inscribed "W la liberté", hanging from a tree and wearing a Phrygian cap with tricolor ribbon. On the wing, double fillets and pearled frieze.
The W in Nevers stands for Vive.
Late 18th century, revolutionary period.
