Earthenware plate with contoured rim featuring a patriotic polychrome design in the center of a figure seated on a plant terrace, a flag at half-mast in his hand, leaning against an oval medallion of three fleurs-de-lis and a spade below. Above, the inscription: "W la liberté". On the wing, friezes of geometric motifs.
The W in Nevers stands for Vive.
