NEVERS Patronymic round earthenware salad... - Lot 14 - Pescheteau-Badin
NEVERS Patronymic round earthenware salad bowl with contoured rim and polychrome decoration of the Nevers bridge, barges and sailing boats. In the center a three-masted ship and below the inscription: "thairaizsé maurisaut . 1805. An . 13." 19th century, circa 1805. D. 33.5 cm Chips, two original hanging holes on the reverse. The salad bowl is part of an order from which we also received two plates and a pitcher in the name of "therese maurissautte" under different spellings (lot n°...). Another plate in the names of : "thairaise martaint . François morisoux" dated 1785 belonged to the same patron before her marriage.
