NEVERS Earthenware plate with contoured rim inscribed: "Theraizse maurisaut . 1805 . An . 13 .", with polychrome decoration depicting the patron saint of the sponsor, St. Thérèse d'Avilla, praying before an altar. The wing is decorated with florets and yellow and black fillets. 19th century, circa 1805. D. 22.5 cm Chips. The plate is part of an order from which we also received a plate, a pitcher and a salad bowl in the name of "therese maurissautte" under different spellings (lot n°...). Another plate in the names of : "thairaise martaint . François morisoux" dated 1785 belonged to the same patron before her marriage (lot n°...).
