LILLE Earthenware pitcher with polychrome decoration in reserves of Saint Barbara holding a palm and sword, and an armed soldier lighting a cannon wick, inscribed respectively: "Sainte barbe priez pour nous" and "a la plus grande gloire de dieu et de Sainte barbe". The background is decorated with red and blue latticework. Late 18th century. H. 21 cm - L. 17 cm - W. 14.5 cm Slight chips, scratches and restoration on the neck.
