THEY LAID THE FOUNDATIONS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE FUTURE GRAND ORIENT OF FRANCE, but while some articles continued practices already instituted, others were innovative and sometimes provoked dissension: notably on the question of the periodic election of officers, and the financial contribution requested from the Lodges. SIGNED BY TWO OFFICERS OF THE GRANDE LOGE DE FRANCE, Henri Duret, Garde des Sceaux, Timbre et Archives, and Pierre-Frédéric Martin, scrutateur, replacing the Secretary General; with inked seal and wax seal under paper of the Grande Loge de France on the last leaf.
