Small in-4, glazed brown calf, double antique-style framing of multiple gilt and cold fillets with cold palmettes, 5-nerved spine decorated in the same manner, interior framing in the same calf with repetition of the decoration, green suedette lining and endpapers, gilt edges, cover, slipcase (Gruel). Monod I, 4958 /// (3f.)-240-(1f.). 61 compositions by Paul-Albert laurens etched by Léon Boisson, including cover, frontispiece, 7 hors-texte, title vignette and 51 in the text. Edition of 300 copies, this one of 45 on Arches vellum (no. 91) containing 3 states of the hors-texte illustrations, including the definitive state, a state with remarks and the pure etching with remarks, and 2 states of the illustrations in the text, including the pure etching.
