Obelisk in green granite and rosso antico marble, with ram heads and ormolu garlands. In the taste of Luigi Valadier. 19th century. Height: 67 cm Luigi Valadier created numerous obelisks in marble and gilded bronze, notably for the Bailli de Breteuil. The ram's head motif can be found on a drawing from Valadier's workshop in the Museo Napoleonico in Rome.
