Sèvres Round openwork basket imitating wickerwork in porcelain with gold decoration in the center of a hand holding a bunch of grapes and on the outside of a frieze of gold foliage. Marked : LL interlaced, fleur-de-lis Sèvres and in gold 1 June Q a Louis XVIII period, circa 1815-20. H. 8 cm, L. 18.5 cm. Accident on the rim. Provenance: This basket comes from the service purchased by Sir Charles Cockerell (1755-1837) in June 1818 from the Magasin de Paris (vz3 fol 121).
