Paris, Ferroud, 1914. 2 volumes in-12, cherry red half-maroquin with corners, spines with 4 nicely decorated nerves, gilt heads, cover and spine, slipcase (Franz). Monod, I-5195 /// I. 313-(1f.) / II. 320-(1f.). Black illustrations by Serge de Solomko, including 19 etchings by E. Pennequin and woodcut figures in the text. The 19 etchings comprise a chapter-head and 18 plates outside the text. One of 55 copies on Japon Impérial (no. 43) containing 3 states of the etchings, the pure etching, the state with remarks and the definitive state.
