CHINA Porcelain wedding bowl with polychrome decoration in famille rose enamels of Indian royal figures and seven attributes, elephants, scholar symbols, horse and coral necklace on waves between two braids decorated with shou characters and eight Buddhist symbols, in the center a lotus flower. Marked in iron red in Mongolian "Baragon Tumed", west wing of the Tumed banner. 19th century, Daoguang period (1821-1850). H. 7 cm, W. 17 cm. One crack. This bowl is part of a service that the Daoguang Emperor gave to one of his daughters for her marriage to a Tumed Mongol prince.
