SÈVRES - Lot 215
SÈVRES A soft porcelain rim plate with polychrome decoration in the center of roses in a medallion surrounded by gold and on the wing of roses and barbs between two gold nets and two garlands of foliage. Marked in blue: LL interlaced, letter-date AA for 1778. 18th century, 1778. D. 24,4 cm. This plate comes from the service whose decoration is described Roses and Mirthe, delivered to Brigadier-General Richard Smith on March 11, 1778.
