SÈVRES Two soft porcelain cups with polychrome decoration of flowers in a reserve surrounded by palms and garlands of flowers in gold on a green garlands of flowers in gold on a green background, gold serrated net on the edge. Marked in blue: LL interlaced, letter-date K for 1763, mark of the painter Binet. 18th century, 1763. H. 6.5 cm. Very slight gold wear on the rim of one. These ice cups come from the service delivered to Henri-Léonard-Jean-Baptiste Bertin, Secretary of State and Comptroller General of Finance, on May 1, 1763.
